Thank you so much for today’s session Kelly! It was great to be reminded that ‘what is easy to do is also easy not to do’ - really motivational! And very excited to create a positive vibes music list to kick start my mornings! Looking forward to tomorrow’s session!

I really enjoyed today's discussion. For the last few years, I have been on the journey of evaluating what triggers me brought about by people's comments and my experiences. Then, I identify the childhood or previous experience that created the trigger. From there, I try to re-conceptualize that bad experience and also become more aware of how I respond when this trigger happens again.
